Who we are

RetirePay Canada is provided by K&Y AI Labs, an Ontario sole proprietorship. Contact the person responsible for privacy at support@retirepay.ca.

Your retirement plan

The app calculates your projections on your device. Ages, province, household details, income, balances, contributions, benefit estimates and planning assumptions are saved in the app’s local storage. We do not receive these entries. No RetirePay Canada account is required. Do not enter Social Insurance Numbers, bank account numbers or other identifiers in optional labels.

Purchases through Apple

The iOS app is free to download, with an optional one-time Full Plan purchase through Apple. Apple processes payment under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details. The app checks Apple's StoreKit transaction and current entitlement on your device to unlock paid features and restore eligible purchases. The app does not send your retirement plan or purchase transaction to a RetirePay server or a separate purchase-verification provider. Your plan is not needed to process a purchase.

Exports, backups and external links

If you export a schedule, the app creates a CSV file and lets you choose its destination. That file contains financial projections. Recipients and apps you select handle their copies under their own policies. Device backups and device transfers may include app data depending on your settings. We do not operate a plan backup or sync service. Source links open external websites without including your plan entries.

Website visitors

The website runs its quick estimate and Questions assistant in your browser. Calculator entries are not sent to RetirePay Canada. The site has no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. This can include your IP address, requested page or file, time, approximate country, and response or cache details. Cloudflare request records are visible in the account dashboard. Cloudflare keeps these records according to its own retention practices for the products in use. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and logging documentation.

Support messages

If you email us at support@retirepay.ca, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to our email provider (Google Gmail), and we receive your address, message and attachments there. We use these to respond and resolve your request. Please omit financial figures and redact screenshots. Support messages are kept only as needed to resolve requests, address disputes or meet legal obligations, then deleted. Email-provider backups may persist under the provider’s retention practices.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your plan entries or use them for advertising. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver those services, potentially outside Canada. Cloudflare’s request records may include technical visitor information described above; their retention depends on the Cloudflare features and settings used. Information we hold may be disclosed where required by law. Local app data uses your device’s storage protections; the app does not add a separate encrypted vault or password. Protect your device with a passcode and current software.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your plan, reset it to the example plan, or delete the app. See the Data Saving and Deletion Policy for the limits of these actions. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete a plan stored only on your device.

Children and changes

RetirePay Canada is intended for adults planning retirement. We will update this policy when our practices change and show the updated date here.
