Contact support@retirepay.ca for app or privacy support. Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version and a description of the problem. Do not send account numbers, Social Insurance Numbers or your financial plan.

Free and paid features

The app includes a free retirement estimate and an optional one-time Full Plan purchase for detailed analysis and CSV exports. Paid features are identified before purchase. The price shown by Apple applies.

Restore a purchase

Open the Full Plan unlock screen and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration recovers eligible paid access; it does not recover a saved plan. If restoration fails, contact us with the error message, without payment details.

Refunds

Request an Apple purchase refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility.

Saving and removing your plan

See our Data Saving and Deletion Policy. Exported reports cannot currently be imported back into the app.

Understanding estimates

Results depend on your inputs and assumptions. Quebec plans are not currently supported. Figures use the data dates shown in About this app. RetirePay Canada provides educational estimates, not financial or tax advice.
